roadside are a 5 piece indie rock band from Plymouth, Devon, providing you with tunes to make you feel good! roadside were created by 5 Plymouth musicians, Sam Davey on vocals, Colin Dower on lead guitar and backing vocals, Duncan Leitch on rhythm guitar, Steve Moore on bass and last but not least, Jamie Alger on Drums. Influenced by many bands, roadside take their style from the music they love, bands like The Stone Roses, The Verve, Oasis, Primal Scream, and other musicians as well, like Pink Floyd, Stereophonics, Kasabian and of course like every good band, homage should also be paid to The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. roadside immediately started receiving critical acclaim in Plymouth, securing gigs in some of Plymouth’s most fashionable venues, always getting called back for other gigs, including support slots for bands like “The Wonderstuff” when they played in Plymouth. Everything has gone well so far for the band, they have written a collection of songs, which have been described as “a collection of modern classics”  They drop by on Sunday, January 27, at 3pm EST to chat about their latest record and their newfound success.
