Of Clocks and Clouds is a punk-rock duo that hails from Brooklyn, NY. Joe Salgo and Ross Procaccio make up this two-man group. 
 
With a classic punk/synth ensemble ala: Suicide/Kraftwerk... Of Clocks & Clouds delivers sequence upon sequence, fully arranged, slipstream interludes every time. Their latest single, "What You Need", is taking the Indie music world by storm.
