Ron Young (D-Frederick) and Len Foxwell, chief of staff to Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot, joined A Miner Detail Podcast, hosted by Ryan Miner, at Harry Browne's Restaurant on Wednesday, Feb. 6, to discuss SB 128, legislation that would effectively repeal Gov. Hogan's executive order that mandates Maryland's public schools to begin classes after Labor Day.
