Sgt. Eric Lawrence became a police officer in Boca Raton, Florida in 1989, and served as a road patrol officer, a Public Information Officer, a Youth Services Officer instructing the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program, the Gang Resistance Education and Training program, and the CHOICES after school program for the youth.

He has extensive training in a wide range of martial arts, and has police instructor certifications in the following: Expandable Baton, Defensive Tactics, Firearms, Taser, and Chemical Weapons/Pepper Spray.  

He has been exercising regularly since age 9, and gave his life to the Messiah at age 13.

We'll be talking to Sgt. Lawrence about his personal journey to both faith and his profession as a police officer.  He'll also be sharing advice for how to be a proper witness as a watchman for your neighborhood.
