Garden of Eden Eating has been around, quite literally, since the beginning of time!  And just like our first ancestors, you have choices to make!

On the sixth day the Almighty said, “Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat… And He saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was very good!”

If only we shopped, prepared, and ate food that our Creator considered VERY good like He did in the garden...there would be NO sickness OR Dis-ease.

Well, today we are going to look deeper and investigate what is considered “Food”.  In this day and age of chemicals and Frankenfoods – we have to closely examine each and every ingredient in and on what we intend to eat.
