Forbes Magazine calls him the Celebrity CMO. When describing Jeffrey Hayzlett, Advertising Age says “A new style of CMO has arrived.” He’s been described as a chief marketing officer on steroids. Our next speaker is a cowboy – literally. He hails from South Dakota, and even though he’s far from his ranch, he’s still wearing his cowboy boots! Jeff Hayzlett is equally at home on the range, in the boardroom and on the Internet. He tweets regularly; in fact, he’s one of the top ten C-level executive twitterers in the world. He’s probably more popular than your kids on Facebook. When he’s not online or taping an episode of a new television reality show, Jeff runs Kodak’s Marketing, Brand Management, Market Development, Public Relations and Public Affairs. And is the recent author of the new business book “The Mirror Test.” A much sought-after speaker on topics ranging from worldwide business growth, communications, marketing social networking and mobile marketing, he is also a frequent television guest and commentator on shows such as CNBC’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, Fox Business News, and NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump. Jeff has received numerous marketing and business awards and honors – most recently the Frost & Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award for marketing. In June 2009, he was awarded the prestigious G. D. Crain Jr. Award for excellence and is a Business Marketing Association Hall of Fame Inductee; he has been named “Business to Business Marketer of the Year” by B2B Magazine, and received the Earl I. Sundeen Award from the International Graphic Arts Education Association for his significant contributions to graphic arts education. You could say he’s won more awards and recognition than most Hollywood starlets. (www.hayzlett.com and Twitter Id:@JeffreyHayzlett)
