Most of us can agree that the skills learned in the military include not only combat and professional techniques but also a very disciplined approach to life.  Most of my family members that have served or that are serving in the military seem to have a very strict set of values and a strong work ethic.  These are the values that many of us hope will be enstilled in future generations, however in order for that to happen, someone has to be around to teach the youth those lessons.

A few months ago, I received a linkedin invitation from Tee about her not for profit, Operation Heroes Connect.  I was so impressed with the mission of the organization that I could not wait to have her on the show to share this project and the impact that it is having in the community.

Join us for an informative discussion about how she is using her connections to partner military veterans with at risk youth and some of her success stories.
