Velma provides a range of Nutrition Makeover services like easy customizable meal plans, meal prep, grocery store tours, pantry sweeps and VIP packages.  
But when she’s not knee deep in food or a new recipe, you can find her rocking a wild and crazy pair of leggings and working out in the gym to keep her 6 pack abs tight.
