Michigan took another step this month in solidifying its' hold on a global leadership position in the self-driving vehicle industry by the legislature's passage of, and the Governor's signature on, a package of laws that put the state well ahead of all others in regard to its policies toward the testing and future sales of self-driving vehicles. 

Joining our host, Melissa Birnie, to talk about those laws, Michigan's autonomous vehicle industry, the state's role in the industry nationally/internationally, and the impact it will have on the state's jobs & economy will be Kirk Steudle, Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
