The CMJ Music Marathon, a massive, multi-pronged, multiple-genre music festival, takes over New York City this week, and The NY Hip Hop Report will preview several of the upcoming showcases dedicated to hip hop, including the Duck Down showcase, and several smaller, independent minded events.
Joining us on air will be Fiona Bloom of The Bloom Effect, organizer of the 6th annual Import/Export: International Hip Hop Showcase, along with YouTube's INDMUSIC.
Fiona will be giving us an idea what to expect from this year's Import/Export show, which is known for delivering dynamic talent and a truly entertaining representation of the depth of hip hop talent hailing from around the world.
Also joining us, Duck Down Music representative and Act Live founder James Niche will call in with info on the Duck Down CMJ showcase happening at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.
Join us live, Sunday at 10pm!
