History was made on November 6th, 2012 when the states of Washington and Colorado passed the 64th Amendment, the measure legalizing the recreational possession and sale of marijuana.

Other states wanted to do the same, so legalized Marijuana may be coming to your town in the not so distant future.  Many marijuana supporters point to the medical benefits of the drug.  But there are studies concluding that it can unmask, worsen, and cause relapses of mental illness and lower one's I.Q.
