Earlier today, John Cardillo tweeted:

"I was told several days ago by a retired but still well connected former DOJ'er that there is an active criminal investigation into the Clinton Foundation and soon U1 (Uranium One) being managed by several DOJ bureau chiefs, making it impervious to any one person shutting it down.  Solid source."

So despite tongue waggers saying that today's testimony by AG Jeff Sessions before the Oversight Hearing of the House Judiciary Committee revealed no such thing, others seem to think otherwise.
