With the pressure from the media, many are looking looking for that fountain of youth.  In fact, in 2011, over 13 million plastic surgery procedures were performed in the U.S. alone.  But at what cost?   On today's show, we'll be exploring plastic surgery and aging gracefully with a focus on that fine line between healthy self-care and fanaticism.  Joining us will be  Dr. Philip J. Miller, New York City New York City facial plastic surgeon specializing in facial rejuvenation and rhinopasty who will be sharing his knowledge on aging gracefully, how to find the right doctor for your needs, new treatments and procedures one can consider and the difference between the choice of plastic surgery and treamtents as a healthy measure and an unhealhty one.

Also joining us will be  clinical psychologist Dr. Mary Kaye Vizdos who specializes in addiction, mood disorders and other psychological disorders with an expertise in the area of women's mental health issues.  I will talk with her about the warning signs of an unhealthy obsession with plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures along with body dysmorphia and body acceptance.
