Joan Parisi Wilcox on the Andean mystical traditions

Joan is a professional writer with interests in frontier science, shamanism and mysticism, consciousness, and indigenous traditions. She has studied the Andean mystical arts of Peru for more than 20 years and teaches the tradition throughout the United States. She is the author of Masters of the Living Energy: The Mystical World of the Q’ero of Peru; Ayahuasca: The Visionary and Healing Powers of the Vine of the Soul;  and co-author of Decoding the Human-Body-Field: The New Science of Information as Medicine. In addition to writing about and teaching the Andean mystical tradition, Joan has written dozens of magazine articles, been interviewed on radio, lectured at conferences in the US and Europe, and is a transformational coach.
