Where is the Change We Keep Hearing About

What a month!  From the  Chauvin Murder Trial,  Assault on Army 2nd Lt.  Caron Nazario, Shooting of Daunte Wright, and the Shooting of Adam Toledo it makes you ask yourself, “Where is all this reform?”   The more things change, the more they stay the same.  This week on Behind the Blue Curtain we are going to take a collective “woooosah” and tackle these incidents.  Why is nothing changing?  Maybe we need to look beyond the Officer to the Chiefs who are ultimately responsible for climate, policies, and training in Police Departments.  Maybe we need to look further at Assistant City Managers who supervise the Police Chief.  There is a disconnect between the Officer on the Street and Police and/or City Leadership that supervises and oversees Police Operations.  Judge Sonya McKnight will be joining us to share her insight and opinions as will Dallas Attorney Billy Clark.  Joe, Isidoro, John and everyone’s favorite Reverend, Tony Tillman will be on hand.  Let’s get ready.  If you would like to comment the call-in number as always is (646) 716-4621.  Once you are in the que and listening you can press 1 on your phone to indicate to me that you would like to comment.  Be safe everyone!  Saturday April 17, 2021.  11am Eastern, 10am Central.
