Here are some user friendly tips on ensuring your voice will be clearly heard. Speak clearly and with appropriate volume as if you were giving a firm sounding speech to an audience. The lower you speak the more your voice will become faint and inaudible. If you are on air there is no need to have the volume on your PC up, you will be able to hear the host and other guest callers just fine from your Skpe, landline or cellular call. If you sit by your PC or have the volume up while on air your voice will reverberate back and there will be an echo. So, while on air, turn the volume of your PC down or go into another room.
