Artificial Intelligence - African American Constitution

Artificial Intelligence is the science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer. In many laboratories and science publications worldwide, artificial intelligence (AI) is pushing its way into reality. The ultimate effort is to make computer programs that can solve problems and achieve goals in the world as well as humans. Silicon based processing power doubles every 18 months. Knowing this, scientists are on the search for technology that may fuse with or possibly replace silicon based computing. Could we see human-like man-made machines by the 22nd century? If so, should they be allotted the rights and privileges of humans? We will bring the future to the present and deal with AI in the AA Constitution.
