This is a time to set goals and envision a fresh new path for the upcoming year. We must throw out the "Stinkin Thinkin" of the past that is our on undoing. Often times, because we are not getting a good balance of the sun, our hormones are off balance and our melanin is depleted. These changes can lower our immune system, opening us up to disease and vunerable ti infection. An acidic lowered immune system may lead to frustration, irritability, conflict and severe depression and sometimes suicide. We have prepared Alcaline Greens, teas and juices for the community.
