Feral horses in British Columbia are being slaughtered, and Project Equus is trying to stop it.
Most of the problems with wild/feral horses in British Columbia, are from horses that came from Indian Reserves, where they were, and some still are, bred for sale to rodeos.
Theresa Nolet, one of the directors of Critteraid’s Project Equus, will be here to talk about saving horses from slaughter, and how we can help them accomplish their goal. For more information, visit critteraid.org
