Excuse me yall, I had a Eric B flashback from back in the day just then, but I want to use this show to catch all of you up on whats been going on since last I was on the air ways. The format of the show has changed slightly and you'll also notice a few new segments like "Word of the Day" and "What's Your Success Factor?" just to name a couple. You won't want to miss them.
