Host Tabatha Pope welcomes Risa Leigh to THE LIBRARIAN on the Authors on the Air Global Radio Network. “For many years, I had a secret identity. By day I was a school librarian, book talking and teaching library skills. By night, I investigated murders, solved crimes and fell in love, only to go back to school the next day. It was really a secret love for romantic suspense, that rush of danger and true love that I could only find in suspense.” Risa Leigh lives in Arlington, Texas, close enough to see her grandchildren often. She was named for an opera singer (Rise Stevens) so it stands to reason that she sings in two choirs. Risa has a part-time job at Barnes and Noble as a bookseller. She loves to travel and every time she goes somewhere, she finds a new story to tell. She is no longer working as a school librarian, but she writes children’s books under the name Risa Brown. And that secret identity? She indulges that by writing romantic suspense for Entangled Publishing. Learn more about Risa and her books on her website and Amazon Author Page.
