2016 NCAA Second-Team Indoor All-American

2016: Outdoor - Finished eighth in the qualifying round of the long jump at the U.S. Olympic Trials after her third try measured 21 feet, 7 ½ inches, then was 10th in the finals with a mark of 20-9.75 to end her redshirt season.
Iowa State (2016 indoor): Finished 12th in the long jump for Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a mark of 20 feet, 1 inch...Was second at the Big 12 Championships thanks to an effort of 21-1.50...Shot to No. 2 on the Cyclones’ all-time top-10 list with a 7.30 in the 60-meter dash at the Big 4 Duals and was fourth at the conference meet in the event... Personal-best marks of 6.94 (55m), 7.30 (60m), 11.37 (100m), 23.69 (200m) and 22-5 (long jump)...Advanced to the finals of the 2016 Olympic Trials and finished 10th with a mark of 20-9.75 after reaching 21-7.50 in the qualifying round.

High School: Earned eight All-America certificates...Finished first twice on the national level in the long jump...Set the national high school and American Junior long jump records...Captured 26 state championships in a variety of events...Won six New England individual titles...Named Maine Gatorade Player of the Year three times...Speaker at the U.S. Senate special committee in Washington, D.C., on “Type 1 Diabetes Research, Improving Lives on the Path to a Cure.”
