Before writing his book, Kevin had years of experience doing business in manufacturing which helped him form the specific purpose of the book. Its foundation was the desire to help other businesses improve through his coaching. It was easy for him to focus on the process since it had been clearly defined with a specific outcome in The Author Incubator. For Kevin, the road to being an author was an emotional and challenging ride, but it was something that he enjoyed.

Coming out with a book has allowed Kevin to concentrate on the value that he delivers clients in his coaching work. It has also lent credibility to the materials he uses and opened new doors for him.
