A very special guest tonight. Peter Murphy, Director of Policy and Communication for the New York Charter Schools Association has graciously accepted an invitation to appear. Mr. Murphy previously held positions in the Executive Chamber of the Administration of Governor George E. Pataki, where he helped develop the state's charter school law; the State Division of the Budget; and the State Senate Finance Committee. Mr. Murphy presently serves as a trustee on the boards of the Brighter Choice Charter Schools and the Henry Johnson Charter School in Albany.
