Meditation: Your Way

Just as I said last week, listening to someone else's meditation and copying our may seem easier, but your soul may be crying out for more...our even less. I invite you to start with my ideas and then supplant them with your own. Your soul will be glad you did. I'll still be here for reference, but step out on faith that you can do it.
