Bio:
Julie Jo Adams holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, and certificates of completion for course work from the American Banker’s Association Institute, the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida Trust School, and the Cannon Financial Institute’s National Trust School.

Julie is also currently working on her Masters in Tax thru the University of Alabama.  She is admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States Bankruptcy Court – Middle District of Florida.  Here at Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC Julie practices in the areas of Probate, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Business Planning.

Prior to her practicing law, Julie spent eighteen years in banking, serving in trust, estate, and guardianship administration for the last nine years of that time.  She is designated as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) by the American Bankers Association’s Institute of Certified Bankers.    
Julie plays an active role in her community. 

In the legal community, she served as the 2011-2012 Chair of the Student Education and Admissions to the Bar Committee, a standing committee of The Florida Bar.  In the people community, she teaches a class of teenage parents and parents-to-be the legal rights and responsibilities of being a parent through the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society’s Teen Parent Project.

Further, she is chairing the Elder Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association.
