We R.A.V.E.

"We R.A.V.E." are core concepts and the undercurrent shared beliefs behind C.A.S.E. leadership's efforts and work to achieve racial/ethnic equity for vulnerable people. C.A.S.E. is comprised of black female community leaders who champion, R.A.V.E., the significance of cultural relevance, achievement, value, and expression of black people individually and collectively in a highly diverse and complex society. Unapologetically C.A.S.E. leaders take pride in our R.A.V.E. The preservation of the dignity, worth, and respect of black people and their black experience is critical to improving racial/ethnic outcomes for black people involved in social systems of government.
