One person fits the mold of dentist, musician, Pastor, entrepreneur and community advocate, and that is Dr. Leonard S. Scott.  Dr. Scott is the founder and CEO of the nation’s oldest black-owned and operated gospel recording company, Tyscot Music & Entertainment, which has been home to superstar recording artists John P. Kee & New Life Community Choir, Deitrick & Damita Haddon, Dr. Bobby Jones, the Anointed Pace Sisters, Bishop Noel Jones & City of Refuge and currently the legendary The Rance Allen Group, Anthony Brown & group therAPy, Casey J, and Lonnie Hunter, just to name a few.

Dr. Scott’s talents are far reaching.  Along with his business ventures and ministry endeavors, he has honed his skills as a musician and writer, recording several albums.  His 2010 release, “Dr. Leonard Scott Presents My Worship Experience,” is a powerful praise and worship project that directly correlates with his two books, Soaring with Eagles and Be Lifted Up, published by Evergreen Press.  Dr. Scott is a staff writer for the Christian Outlook Magazine and host for the radio talk show “Medically Speaking,” sponsored by the Marion County Public Health Department.

Dr. Scott’s newest musical endeavor is The Greatness of Your Love album, with a music video debuting his new single “God’s Spirit.”  This husband and father of seven gives all credit for his success to the Lord.  His ministry is one of encouragement, instruction, salvation, enlightenment, deliverance, worship and praise.  He is a living testimony that nothing is impossible to those who believe and that nothing is too hard for God. “God’s Spirit” is upon Dr. Leonard S.
