Ken Jenkins, Executive Prodcer, Writer, was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and has spent over 20 years in the software industry working with businesses all over the US, while cultivating his inner passion for writing and the creative arts. From his first book of poetry at the age of 10 to his last book of short Stories “Playing Fields” Ken has developed compelling stories with intriguing characters. 

A Heart That Forgives- The Movie was inspired by the song of the same name written by Gospel Artist Kevin LeVar. In 2010, after the sudden loss of his wife of 18 years Ken began developing the screenplay for A Heart That Forgives- The Movie as a way of as a way of dealing with the loss, understanding the power of forgiveness and how we all have a unique path to the forgiveness we each need. Everyone has a story. Maybe yours is learning how to forgive yourself, or asking someone to forgive you. A Heart That Forgives- The Movie takes you on a journey of rise, fall and redemption, reveals the power of God’s love, the core of the human condition and the freedom that comes with forgiveness.

A Heart That Forgives follows two foster brothers who choose separate paths. Malcolm follows his father's footsteps and begins pastoring a small church while Silk follows a path of darkness attempting redemption at his own convenience. Their circle of friends are also caught up in a web of life situations and circumstances that force them to forgive old wounds so they can move forward with their lives.
