I am discussing the Me in the Mirror exercise.

It you are not sure where you stand with yourself, this exercise will bring your position into focus.

This could be alife changing exercise. 

Looking at yourself in the mirror like Michael Jackson sang, "I starting with the man in the mirroer")

If you want your life to better and even the best, You have to begin with Me in the Mirror.
