The Value of Collaborative Divorce In Child Custody Matters

Hillary Moonay, a prominent family law attorney discusses the value of collaborative law in child custody matters. Hillary practices exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, adoption, pre-nuptial agreements and related issues. She is a certified mediator and has also been trained as an attorney advocate of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General for its Operation Safe Surf program.
