Hillary Moonay, a prominent family law attorney discusses the value of collaborative law in child custody matters. Hillary practices exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, adoption, pre-nuptial agreements and related issues. She is a certified mediator and has also been trained as an attorney advocate of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General for its Operation Safe Surf program. Hillary was named by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2006, 2007, and 2008. She served on the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association from 2002 through 2005. She was also the Chairperson of the Philadelphia Bar Association Family Law Section Program and Events Committee from 2000 – 2008. She previously served as an editor of the Family Law Volume of the Dunlap-Hanna Pennsylvania Form Series.
