This podcast features Anne Marie Albano, PhD, ABPP, and James Hambrick, PhD, Director and Group Therapy Coordinator, respectively, at the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD).

When anxiety gets too hard to manage for the college-age student, he/she may miss out on what could potentially be an incredibly exciting period. Having the proper supports and treatment build a foundation to help the individual take that leap forward to greater independence and academic success.

If you are concerned about a young adult in your life, you should tune in.
