Topic: Today I am going to talk about a subject that is epidemic in the world and that is Diabetes.  Can it be Cured?  Can you change your lifestyle and cause this dreadful disease to take a back seat? 

My father, grandmother, aunts and uncles have had and died from the effects of diabetes.  A recent trip to my doctor caused me to take a look and myself and my lifestyle of eating because he told me I was pre-diabetic.  Fortunately, it was a timing issue of when my blood was drawn and I am not.  This incident coupled with watching a documentary about changing the effects of diabetes via lifesytle caught my attention and thus I wanted to share this information with you.
