According to Dr. David Hawkins, author of the Map of Consciousness, 78% of the human population is below 200 with the goal being at least 500, which is the Vibration of Love. True Healing takes place at 540, which is Joy. In our last episode, we discussed how to shift to a more positive perspective, which included a discussion about how raising your vibratory frequency can automatically shift your thinking in the positive direction. We recommended utilizing some effective tools for raising your frequency, so in this episode, we go more in depth about how frequency works and give specific instructions on how to safely use the various tools to increase it.
