Purposed 4 Godliness Saturday Morning Praise and Glory Hope for the Holidays '16

The Holiday season is a time of year when grief, loneliness, depression and sadness can take root in the lives of Christians.

We know that the word of God talks about this and Scripture encourages us, but we are human and grief, loneliness, depression, and sadness will happen even in the best of times. Our job is to find out what the word of God says and to take the necessary steps to guard our hearts and mind.

These issues affect everyone, single, widowed, divorced, empty-nesters, those who’ve lost loved ones, lost their jobs, struggling with unemployment, going through foreclosure, whatever the issue may be, even married people deal with the issues of loneliness, depression, and sadness.  Everyone has suffered or will suffer from these issues. So, What can we do as Christians during this time to help ourselves? What can we do as Christians to help those going through tough times? My endeavor is to help you understand what God is saying through His Word.
