Nicole S. Mason, Esquire - Fiery preacher, gifted writer, passionate attorney, powerful motivational speaker, honest counselor, extraordinary entrepreneur, bearer of truth, bold, confident Woman of God. She is a wife and mother, married to her college sweetheart, Sean Paul Mason. They are the proud parents of 3 sons.

Nicole is the Founder and President of SISTERGRAM, LLC.  The mission is to encourage hearts, lift spirits and impact lives through her writing, preaching, seminars, and products.

She is a member of Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC serving under the anointed leadership of Archbishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr., and Co-Pastor Susie C. Owens.  She also serves as an ad hoc Legal Advisor on the Alfred A. Owens, Jr., Family Life Community Center Board of Directors.

She  is a two-time graduate of Howard University, having earned B/A and MDiv.  She also earned a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Master of Law from the George Washington University School of Law.   

She is a licensed attorney and practices Employment Law, serving as an Equal Employment Opportunity/Diversity Director at the United States Department of Commerce and the Founding Member of The Mason Law Firm, LLC, where her focus is Estate Planning.

She has a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a member of the world renowned International Coach Federation (ICF). She is the owner of Strategies For Success, LLC, a personal and professional development company for mid-level and senior execs, where she works with leaders and execs to pull out what is already inside of them through the powerful practice of Coaching. Elder Nicole is a natural born encourager and if ever in her presence, you will definitely feel the impact of her encouraging spirit.
