Meet Mark Rutledge

Currently the co-founder and CEO of cieCap (pronounced “see-kap”), a new social gaming platform being called “Tumblr for social gaming”, Mark Rutledge is a management consultant turned tech entrepreneur. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, Mark worked with global consultancies such as Deloitte and Booz Allen. He then created cieCap with a friend and former classmate to bring cloud-based marketing solutions to local businesses and brands.

Currently in private beta, cieCap will be released publicly in the summer of 2012 as a platform for users to create unique and custom gaming content in conjunction with milestones such as birthdays and graduations, for holidays and events like concerts or movies or for fun day-to-day socializing with friends.
