JOIN ME and my Featured Guest Minister Deborah Walker Minister of Prayer at Oasis Church in Rancho Cordova Califonia.  Minister Deborah is sharing her Thankfulness to God the Father for her and her children miracuously surving the Castophic attack of Hurricane Katrina August 29, 2005.

On August 29, 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans La at category 5. My daughters and I left 14 hours before storm came.

We drove to Hattiesburg Mississippi which was 2 hours away and it took us almost 8 hrs to arrive at our destination thinking we were not going to be affected as much. After Hurricane Katrina struck Hattiesburg Miss. We could not leave the house because big trees were in the middle of street and some landed on houses. We were stuck in that city for four days. There was no electricity, no running water, and we could not use our cell phones, and the temperature was extremely hot. It was by grace of God how we made it out. I'm greatful that we survived. Through the power of prayer and God's faithfulness the storm could not touch my prayer partner's  home.  SEE YOU on The AIR!
