Ever wish there was a coach that would support you in your psychological healing?

There are certified health coaches that will support your health goals but what about a professional who will help you through the process of psychological healing?

Enter the Life Coach!

On Monday, 3/21/16 at 8PM eastern, Dr. Jess Armine has the honor of interviewing Reggie Manning MSW, LCSW. Reggie has B.A. in Psychology from S.U.N.Y Albany and a Masters in Social Work from Yeshiva University. In addition, she has been certified through the graduate program of the Parent Coaching Institute (PCI) in collaboration with Seattle Pacific University. She has worked as a Psychotherapist since 1994 and as a Life and Parent coach for the past 6 years.

Life Coaching differs from therapy. Therapy focuses on supporting a client through the process of resolving current or past conflicts and generally involves more passive interaction with the therapist over an extended period of time (years). Coaching focuses on supporting a change process leading to an identified and desired goal. It is collaborative and involves active participation by the coach. Coaching is designed to realize sustainable positive change from the very first session. There are benefits to both practices and Reggie, a trained psychotherapist, integrates elements of both.

In my discussions with this fascinating individual, I discovered that she practices a much method of treatment that is often overlooked in both traditional and alternative healthcare.

Join us on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 8 PM Eastern and listen to this interview. For those who have struggled with all manner of neuropsychiatric problems, there is someone who will help you through the process of healing. That is the Life Coach.
