Jace is an ACSM certified personal trainer. He began his personal training company, Embrace Your Fit™, 15 years ago.  Embrace Your Fit’s mission is to help individuals, specifically gender queer and trans people, discover their inner truth through wellness exploration. Jace is also a nutrition coach who loves seeing the internal transformation that comes from people taking their health and well-being to the next level.  Jace has been a musician since the age of 9; he has learned over seven instruments and continues to explore the low end sounds. He received formal training at the Old Town School of Folk Music under the direction of Mary Peterson. Jace plays a variety of genres of music, including neo-soul, gospel, folk and rock, he is also a Co-Host on The Life Lab. IG:createthedream84
