Paul Phillips was raised in Glastonbury Connecticut and received a BA in Communications Science from the University of Connecticut.

He earned a commission at the U. S. Army Officer Candidate School and served for 22 years as a Communications Officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2004. He served in the first Gulf War in an Engineer Battalion and was awarded a Bronze Star Medal.

While based in Tuzla, Bosnia in 1997, he experienced a sphere of light in the sky over the airbase with a small group of other soldiers. The light was phasing in and out but stationary so as to disappear from sight and reappear seconds later in the same place.

This event triggered a major change in Paul. This otherwise conservative Army Officer developed an insatiable drive to learn everything possible about the world of spirit that exists beyond our physical world.

A medium told him during a reading in 2002 that he had the gift of Dragon’s Breath in association with Arch Angel Michael. Soon after, Paul developed telepathic abilities and was taught by teachers both in the physical world and spirit world to do exorcism and spirit retrievals.

He has developed his gift to the point where he can project his consciousness to anywhere on the planet to retrieve souls that are earthbound and remove negative beings and energies from the location. To achieve this, Paul had to endure years of agonizing spiritual initiations from the Angelic realm that left him with a deeper understanding of the nature of God and the relationship between the dark and the light

So, sit back relax have a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine. Enjoy some good conversation and be refreshed for the week...
