It’s actually a fact that 95% of women strive for both work and motherhood. Women especially, are the ones who seek out flexibility and currently 54% actually use flexible work options in their workplace.

And the good news is that employers are listening. They want good workers, loyal and productive workers and they are listening to what it takes to get and keep the good ones. There has been a decline in the number of employers offering flextime since the recession started—to 49% in 2010 from 57% in 2006 before the recession.

But again, there are many companies who still understand the importance of offering flex time work and are open to your suggestions if you feel your job can be molded into some flextime options.

Join Flex Hour Jobs as we discuss planning  a proposal for your employer to convert your current job to a work from home or a flexible schedule job. We have templates, tips and suggestions to make your proposal great and a win-win for everyone.
