Most people get ready to go into an interview but don’t spend enough time preparing for what they are going to ask the interviewer about the job. People tend to think they can just “ wing it” when in the interview, and that the questions will come to them when they are in the midst of it all.

That’s just not a really good idea. Not only do you really need to do your homework on the company, but you are going to have to go being prepared with your questions written down for your interviewer.
