 It wasn’t long ago that people used to see themselves in their retirement, life in a hammock, travelling, visiting with their grandkids and taking it easy. We have had a manufactured vision of what retirement would be like, and that no longer necessarily holds up any more.

 A record number of people now will be running out of money during retirement and people are heading back to work out of necessity. Workers are emptying their retirement plans just to stay afloat and seeing now that they have no choice but to continue working longer. Today we will be discussing what impact that has on our workforce and what to watch for as that landscape changes.
