"THE NFL BLACKOUT... WHAT IS BLACK MAN'S WORTH?". Black folk spends billions of dollars every year on sports but when one player stood up for the senseless murdering of our people he has been unable to get a job. He has been black balled out. Realistically, what that says is that we are good for entertaining but not for expecting respect for the struggle it took to become pro ballers. It is like the history of the pioneering blacks like Jackie Robinson, Muhammad Ali and the like had to bear the brunt of racism before entering into the sport but now that they are there they still can't express themselves against the indifference the face when we aren't looking... If I have said one I have said it twice or more... The only way to gain respect is to take their money out of their pockets. No stadium seats filled means they will either have to recruit players who aren't black or come to the rightful decision to do the humanly obvious... Respect don't come with marching, protesting, singing or praying in this matter, it comes with taking your money out of the mix and putting it back into your own people and communities.
