GITM Part 2 Featured Pastor & Church: Pastor Helen Price

Pastor Helen Price of the Covenant Faith Baptist Church: 

This is Part 2 of our 5 Part Series with Pastor Helen Price. She is a pioneer for the Lord and has been in ministry for over 30 years. Pastor Price is the founding pastor of the   E. St. Louis Christian Center Church, our feature Church for December 2012. She is my sister in the natural and my spiritual mother as well as the spiritual mother of many around the world. Today we are going to hear how the Lord instructed her to start Churches and some of the history of how God moved in those Churches.

 God In the Midst otherwise known as G.I.T.M or GITM is an apostolic ministry whose charge is to help encourage, edify and equip the people of God who are called to Home Churches, Small Churches and Para Church ministries. Home or house Churches usually have 20 people or less, Small Churches are up to 100 adults and Para Church ministries could be Bible Studies, Prayer groups, men or women’s ministries that are not Churches in and of themselves but walk alongside the Church. We are featuring one Home, Small or Para Church ministry each month by interviewing the Pastors.  We hope that as you hear these Pastors tell their personal testimonies, share with us the history and current goings on at the Church,  the Lord will confirm what He has placed on your heart or it may encourage you to step out boldly …it may even catapult you to that next dimension in the Lord & ministry.
