Leonard is losing ground mentally and recently tried suicide. Guards are reportedly abusing Leonard and spitting in his food. Mentally challenged prisoners have starved to death in jails and prisons throughout the USA. We do not know whether Leonard was physically attacked, but his ear is reportedly oozing liquid that could be his brain fluid. 

We make a human rights demand that Leonard Moreno, a disabled youth, be given a fair, public, speedy trial with adequate defense provided, as promised in the 6th Amendment of the Constitution.
