Raised by two professional musicians, Debra Exner grew up with the idea that people define their own success and that work should be enjoyable and meaningful. She didn't realize that was unusual until she started coaching others who struggled to make choices that sometimes went against their childhood messages. What messages did you grow up with? Were any of them unusual?

After working as a classical musician and computer consultant, Debra hired a coach during a pivotal time in her life. She got so much from the coaching process that she decided to be trained and certified as a coach and began a new career. Has your life taken interesting twists and turns?

As a coach, Debra uses principles of positive and peak performance psychology to help her clients build on what's working. What's going well in your life and how can you build on it?

As a speaker, trainer and facilitator, she helps her audiences connect, communicate and collaborate. Come and join the conversation!

Debra is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), a board member of the NSA-AZ chapter, is Past-President of the Phoenix International Coach Federation Chapter and plays bass with the Musica Nova orchestra.
