Katharine Halpin, MCC is a pioneer in the executive coaching industry. In 1996, she co-founded the Arizona Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She served on the Global Board of the ICF from 1998-2000 with other coaching pioneers and continues to support the coaching community.

Motivated by her passion for the power of transparency, she has made landmark contributions to the field of integrative thinking. After 20 years as a practicing CPA in both industry and public accounting, Katharine switched to the “softer side” of business, addressing the people and the processes an organization uses to get results. She helps CEOs maximize the value of their intangible assets (their people and their corporate culture) to achieve tangible results on the bottom line. Her approach emphasizes continuous growth and improvement. She partners with CEOs to build strong connections between the people, the processes, and the purpose of the organization.

Katharine has been speaking professionally since 1991 . She presents interactive keynotes at State and National Conferences to audiences of 30-200 people. She leads corporate seminars in her clients’ companies and conducts training that teaches people how to drive results by nurturing connections with people and building transparency at every level, in each interaction.
