Since 1995, Linda has been an executive coach, trainer and facilitator. In 1997, Linda helped launch Corporate Coach U, a leader in organizational coach training. In 2000, Linda was recruited by The Ken Blanchard Companies to help launch their coaching business in which she currently serves. Linda currently serves as Global Liaison for Coaching with The Ken Blanchard Companies and holds two master's degrees and an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the coaching profession. Active in the International Coach Federation, Linda is a former global board member and founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation. Linda has co-authored two books. The most recent is Coaching in Organizations: Best Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies. She has also co-authored a chapter on coaching in Leading at a Higher Level from The Ken Blanchard Companies and a chapter in a recent coaching book by Marshall Goldsmith. One of the highlights for Linda during recent years has been being part of a team that moderated Arizona state legislative debates in 2008, 2010 and 2012.
